The Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice) validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice network. The Cisco CCNA Voice certification confirms that the required skill set for specialized job roles in voice technologies such as voice technologies administrator, voice engineer, and voice manager.
It validates skills in VoIP technologies such as IP PBX, IP telephony, handset, call control, and voicemail solutions.
Exams & Recommended Training
Delegates can sit in a full standard classroom based training, which comprised of one course:

- Any valid Cisco CCENT, CCNA Routing and Switching, or any CCIE certification can act as a prerequisite.

The course is 5 days and fulfils the full training requirement to sit in CCNA exams.
Please Note: The CCNA Voice Certification is being retired. The last day to test for the CCNA Voice certification will be September 17, 2015. No new certifications will be issued beginning September 18, 2015. Candidates should review the Certification Exam Migration announcement to determine the transition path to CCNA Collaboration certification.
