Dear Insoft customers, employees and partners,

In this time of great uncertainty, Insoft Services has decided to assist businesses in the acceleration of their digital journey. Our desire? To make education widely available. Thus, we have created a digital platform where users can get up-to-speed with their digital skills to tackle the new challenges ahead.

Businesses today, across the world, are accelerating their digital transformation by implementing new tools and aligning their technology with business requirements. Remote work has become the new norm and tools such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Skype are now widely adopted.

Here are some of the strategies we have implemented so far:

Classroom-based trainings have moved to instructor-led online (ILO) sessions, using virtual lab pods as well as using Cisco WebEx technology.

Our consulting services are being extended with additional ad hoc services, to continuously assist businesses with current challenges. As a result, we are now offering free consultations with our subject matter experts.

My hopes post-COVID are that we can all return to travelling and celebrating life with family and friends – and overall, to be more connected. I also hope Insoft can be a vital part of your learning journey to help you take a major step forward with new collaboration tools and technologies.
